To make your Pinterest marketing a big success for your business, you’re going to need to pretty-up your website or blog with Pinterest plugins, widgets, and of course, images. And we’ve got the tools you need to make all this painless.
When I started increasing my efforts with Pinterest, I saw a huge amount of success with my average monthly views on Pinterest reaching it’s highest to-date of 1.4 million.
This list of Pinterest resources will help you gain the growth you’re looking for to get more Pinterest followers and success.
1. Sumo Image Sharer (Plugin)
The SumoMe plugin has an array of cool tools, including their free Image Sharer. It puts share button overlays on all images on your site so that when they scroll over the picture, they can quickly and easily share them. Image Sharer allows them to share to their Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media profiles.
What I really like about it is that the plugin gives you statistics and analytics to view and track easily so that you can see how many images shares you get each week and which are your more popular blog posts with image shares to Pinterest and other social media.
Here’s what I really like about Sumo:
♦ You get to choose exactly where your images can be shared.
♦ You have control over where the share icon hovers over your images.’
♦ You get behind the scenes analytics and to start, it’s free!
2. Tasty Pins (Plugin)
Tasty Pins allows you to optimize your blog’s images for Pinterest and SEO. If gives you a unique area for adding in your keywords and pin descriptions or hashtags.

Here’s what I really like about Tasty Pins:
♦ You can set descriptions for your images that will perform well in Pinterest search. Include hash tags, keywords, and whatever else your heart desires.
♦ You can add a hidden Pinterest-specific image on your website front-end with the click of a button and you can force users to Pin your Pinterest-perfect hidden images with the click of a button.
♦ Not every image is perfect for Pinterest. Give your readers fewer, better options for saving to Pinterest by disabling Pinning on certain images.

You can see here that 1,553 repins were from my blog out of a total of 2,107. That’s a high percentage of repins from my domain and blog at 75%!

5. Pinterest widgets
Pinterest offers a variety of widgets you can put on your site to draw visitors into following, pinning, etc. while they are on your site. They are all free and are easy to add to any theme.
They include:
