If you purchased a course or product on teachable (our online course platform). You can access your purchase anytime at ivorymixschool.teachable.com using your email on the login screen: be sure to use the option to log in with "my teachable account"

I am having trouble with the download [downloading, opening a zip, etc.]
PDF Troubles: You are probably experiencing technical difficulties with the PDF links because you do not have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. You can download the free version by visiting https://get.adobe.com/reader/
ZIP Files: To access a ZIP file, an ‘unzipping’ program is required. Such a program then ‘extracts’ the set of resources from the ZIP and puts them onto your computer for normal use.
As suggested on the site, we recommend using (ZIP EXTRACTION SOFTWARE, for example, WinZip) www.winzip.com/win/en/downwz.html

Once you have signup and are accepted to our program, you can log in at any time to get our banners and links, find out about commissions earned and even learn about how many impressions each of your links has received.
We manually review all applications within 2-3 business days. Once your application is approved, we will send you setup instructions as well as banners and text links that you can put on your web site.

How are affiliates paid?
Affiliates are paid once a month through PayPal only. Checks and Bank Transfers are not available.
What is your refund policy?
This is not what I ordered.
If you’ve downloaded your order, only to find it's sending you the wrong product, then please contact us and we will get back with you within 24 - 48 hours.
How do I suspend or cancel my subscription?
We’re sorry to see you go. To end your subscription:
- Sign in to your account, navigate to the Dashboard/Subscription area, and click "CANCEL"
- If you signed up as a member before JULY 2017, please go directly to PayPal and cancel your reoccuring payments through your account on PayPal.
I missed the deadline. Can I still get your special offer?
We’re sorry, that promotion is over. However, if you are signed up for our email newsletter, we’ll send you notifications and announcements for future offers and product launches. You can also send us a message through our contact form to find the best option for your right now.
I have a product I'd like you to promote. How do I do that?
We appreciate that you want to work with us and we review all new requests, however due to the large number JV requests we receive, it is impossible for us to accept every one.
Please review our site to ensure that your product is something our audience would be interested in. When you contact us, please share your ideas on how you would like the JV partnership to work. Include URLs to view the product. If you feel we are a good match, please submit your information with the details of your offer. We will get back with you as soon as possible.
