Ivory Mix Product License Agreement

Ivory Mix (Website) offers a library of amazing products to use in your business and marketing, including photos, videos, templates, workshops, guides, courses, captions and content plans(Products). Every product from Ivory Mix is either a Standard Product or a Resale Product. These product types have their own specific terms regarding what you, as a member or customer, are entitled to do with it.

If you watch a course, watch a workshop, or access or download a file, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Product License Agreement, the Ivory Mix Terms and privacy policy. Please read the Terms, Disclaimers, and Privacy Policy carefully before you start to use the Website. If you do not want to agree to the the Terms, Disclaimers, and Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website.

If you don’t agree to the terms of this product license agreement, please don’t use any Products.

Ivory Mix reserves the right to cancel or change the licenses granted by this agreement. We reserve the right to replace the product with an alternative.

1. Standard Product License

1 – Standard Products can be used for Personal or Commercial Use –

You can use the following standard products for your own personal use and/or for Commercial Use including most income-generating activities (please refer to the section 1.4 on Income Generating Activities)

Our Standard products include:

Stock Photos
Stock Videos
Content Plans
Captions
Canva Templates (please refer to Canva’s License)
Products Marked for Resale (please refer to the Resale Product License section 2.0 for additional rights)

2 – These Standard Products can be used for your own personal learning only –

Workshops
Courses
Guides

3 – Can modify/change Standard products –

Includes resizing, cropping or changing stock photo or stock video orientation.
Can overlay on top of the photos or videos with text, website screenshots, product designs and pdf designs.
Can add filters or color overlays to suit your branding aesthetic.
Can change text, colors and images inside of Canva Templates and Content plans
Cannot modify/change personal learning products (workshops, courses, guides)
If the product is a Canva template, please refer to Canva’s License

4 – Can use products in income generating activities –

Can use both standard products and resale products for the listed income generating activities (Refer to the section 1.5 below on income generating activities)
Cannot sell or give away Standard products
Please refer to the Resale Product License section for additional rights

5 – Can use the standard product license in the following Income Generating Activities:

Can use products for marketing your business on social media, inside your website, email or blog
Can use products inside your Online Courses, Lead Magnets and PDF’s
Can use products inside of unique Canva Templates/Website Templates you’ve designed to sell
Can use products as part of printable’s or print-on-demand products you’ve designed to sell (Example: Worksheet, T-shirts, Mugs, Journal Pages)
Can use products to create custom client projects (Example: You’re a Virtual Assistant and customize an Ivory Mix Canva Template with an Ivory Mix photo for your client’s upcoming Email Newsletter).
If the product is a Canva template, please refer to Canva’s License
Can create an original online course or ebook that teaches something you learned inside the information and knowledge you gained from Ivory Mix personal learning content (workshops, courses, guides).
Cannot distribute photos or videos in a competing stock photo membership or service
Cannot allow Ivory Mix stock photos or stock videos to be extracted from your products or client work. You must share with your end user the following specific terms that state “Ivory Mix is the copyright holder of the photos/videos. The photos/videos included within your (template/document/product) may only be used on this (template/document/product). You may not extract and use these photos outside of this (template/document/product). Should you want an extended license to use the photos in a different application, you may do so by purchasing them at Ivorymix.com or by becoming a member of the Ivory Mix Membership.”

6 – Credit / Attribution is not required but always appreciated.

2. Resale Product License

1 – The Products Marked as Resale Can be sold

Can sell the product as is and unchanged and keep 100% of the profits.

2 – The Products Marked as Resale Can be used for Personal or Commercial Use

Please refer to the section 1.4 on Income Generating Activities

3 – Can modify/change the product

Can change any part of the resale product, its branding, or its authorship/creator (rewrite, add/remove content, rename, rebrand, claim as your own, or any other modification).

4 – Can convey and sell the resale product with Personal or Commercial Use Rights

Can sell products marked for resale with Personal use and Commercial use rights, but your customer cannot resell the product.

5 – Can be added to paid membership websites

Can allow access to the resale product through a paid membership at your website.

6 – Some items can be given away as a lead magnet

Can give away resale products as a lead magnet when they are in one of these file types: PDF, PNG, JPEG, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, or Google Docs
Cannot give away original Canva Template File Access for free or as a lead magnet
Canva Template resale products can be given away as a lead magnet only after it has been modified into a PDF, PNG, JPEG, Word, Excel, Google Sheets, or Google Doc file types and Never as a Canva Template File.

7 – Cannot sell the Resale Rights

Cannot sell the right to resale (i.e. your customer cannot resell the product)

CONSIDERATIONS: Ivory Mix and Kayla Butler remain the sole and exclusive owner / holder of the copyright for all products. Credit / Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.
