In today’s post, I want to share with you all of the launch content that you should create throughout the launch of your product, on Instagram or on social media.

let’s get started.

Launch content may last anywhere from 2 days to 20 days

If you’re getting ready to do a live launch, you may have mapped out your launch anywhere from two days to 20 days. Launches are different for every business and every offer.  No matter how long your launch is, it’s important to know how to structure your content for the launch. And really, when we’re getting ready to launch an offer, it starts with building your audience.

Create Content to Build Your Audience for the Launch

I don’t know if you’ve ever tried this, but it really sucks when you create an offer, and you launch it, and you don’t make any sales, because you didn’t grow your audience.  every launch really needs to start with audience building.  you want to make sure you have a launching runway, with fresh followers, and new eyes on your content. That’s why a launch always starts with your audience growth content.

Think of audience growth content as shareable content. The things that get the most likes, shares, and engagement.

Audience growth content is going to be things like:

  • shareable quotes
  • or questions that you ask your audience
  • shareable memes

Instagram content ideas for a launch

Below is an example of a post that received lots of shares and follows on my account. This content really grew my audience and reach and the key was asking for the share.

If you have a certain type of content that really reaches lots of people and gets more engagement and follows than anything else, you’ll want to use this content towards the beginning of your launch (or before your launch)

It’s basically any of your best content that boosts engagement because if you can get your content shared or saved, or reaching more people, the more eyes you get on your content, and the more you’re going to grow your audience.  We have got to make sure we create the right kind of content, that attracts our ideal audience, but this content’s really just to grow your audience so that you have a larger launch pad, or a lot larger launch runway so that you’ve got lots of new eyes on your content.  brainstorm some ideas of how you can get more eyes on your content.

That might be reaching out to collaborators, or creating strategic partners in your business.  we really want to spend at least some time at the beginning of our launch, just focused on audience growth, and growing the right audience of ideal clients, and ideal followers, so that when we open the doors to our offer, we have fresh eyes and ideal clients, who will likely take action on our offer.

Create Content the Introduces Your Brand to Your Audience

Once you’ve spent some time building that following, and your audience, it’s time to start introducing them to your brand and start talking about what your offer or your service is.  you’re going to want to share your brand story, and share how you think, and how and why you do things differently.

Create posts around who you are, what your brand’s all about so that we can attract ideal clients, who are perfect for working with us.

Content to attract the right people and repel the wrong ones

Which leads me to attract the right people. We want to attract the right people, and talk about who our offer is for, and also who our offer is not for. That way, we’re identifying who our ideal follower and client is, but also allowing our followers to identify themselves as potential buyers of your upcoming offer. Because if you’ve done your job right, your content and your offer will attract the right person.  we want to spend time creating content that talks about who your offer is for, and who it’s not for.

An example of this is the below post where I paint a picture of what most business owners think they need VS what you actually need in your business. This might not appeal to some business owners, but for the ones who are looking for simplicity and clarity, it is going to attract them and repel the others.

Content to position you as the expert and share value

Then what we want to do is position ourselves as an expert.

  • Your client’s transformation stories
  • testimonials
  • client wins
  • things to do
  • things not to do

We want to share all the information that you have around your offer, and what it can do for your ideal clients, but through stories that relate to results you’ve achieved, or results that your clients have achieved. This is really going to position you as an expert in your niche, and also help your ideal clients identify whether or not they want to pursue working with you.  next, what we want to do is communicate the value of your offer. We want to describe what their future might be like if they jump on your offer, what their problem really is, versus what they keep thinking it is. We might want to discuss their options, this or that.  we’ll create content around the value of your offer, and some of those different ideas.

Content to countdown and call to action

Next, what we want to do is compel your audience to take action and buy.  We want to overcome any objections and we want to count down to the final day of your lunch, and we want to directly, and be direct about asking for the sale.

This content is usually served best over the last day or two of your launch, and we want to be really directed with it.  if you’ve been creating your content throughout the launch, and followed this system, at this stage, everybody who’s engaged with your content should be seeing your content, and be ready to take action, especially when the final day comes.

My clients are people who need someone to build or design their blogs for them. Either because they don’t know how to or they don’t have the time. My offer is also available for both budget creators and highend ones.

That’s great! Are you reaching your ideal clients and making connections or is it possible you could get even more specific?
