6 – Can be given away as a lead magnet 

  • Cannot give the resale product away for free but you can give it away as a lead magnet in exchange for someone’s email address

7 – Cannot sell the Resale Rights

  • Cannot sell the right to resale (i.e. your customer cannot resell the product)
